City of Monticello PUBLIC HEARING Zone Change Application Notice is hereby given that the Monticello City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 3, 2018, at the Monticello City Office, 17 North 100 East, beginning at 6:30 p.m. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive comment on the following zone change application: 1) For property located at 365 E 100 N, from an R-1 Residential zone to an A-1 Residential zone. Written comments may be addressed to City Recorder Cindi Holyoak, City of Monticello, P.O. Box 457, Monticello, Utah 84535, and must be received prior to, or on the hearing date.
