PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the St. George City Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at 5:00 PM to consider the following: Zone change from PD-R (Planned Development Residential) to PD-R (Planned Development Residential) on approximately 6.04 acres located at approximately 415 South Dixie Drive behind the old Moore Business Forms building (Sunbrook Ranch). Zone change amendment to the Green Valley Planned Development for a townhome project on approximately 3.06 acres located south of Green Valley Spa, east of Estancia, and north of Trendwest. Interested persons are encouraged to attend these public hearings to be held in the City Hall Council Chambers at 175 East and 200 North, or present their views in writing at least one day prior to the meeting.
