Cottonwood Heights Notice of Public Hearing Amended Budget for 2017-2018 Fiscal Year NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the city council of Cottonwood Heights (the 'City') will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, 26 June 2018, at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as practical, at 2277 East Bengal Blvd., Cottonwood Heights, UT ('City Hall'). The purpose of the public hearing is to receive input on the City's proposed amended budget for its 2017-2018 fiscal year (the 'Amendment'). The Amendment may be viewed or copied on the City's website at www.cottonwoodheights.utah.gov and at the office of the City's recorder in City Hall during normal business hours, for at least ten days prior to the hearing. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City will make reasonable accommodations to hearing participants that require such accommodations. Request for assistance may be made by calling 801.944.7000 at least 48 hours before the hearing. Published by order of the Cottonwood Heights City Council.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify Paula Melgar, City Recorder, at 801-944-7021 at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. If you would like to submit written comments on any agenda item they should be received by the City Recorder no later than Tuesday at noon. Comments can be emailed to pmelgar@ch.utah.gov
Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation
Council Members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a Council Member does participate via telephonic communication, the Councilmember will be on speakerphone. The speakerphone will be amplified so that the other Council Members and all other persons present in the Council Chambers will be able to hear all discussions.
