Notice is hereby given that the Cottonwood Heights Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive comments on a request from ICO Development for a zone map amendment to the property located at 6784 S 1300 E. The applicant is requesting to utilize the city's Planned Development District ordinance and change the zoning designation from R-1-8 (Residential Single-Family) to PD-X (This is a zoning designation prepared specifically for the subject property by the applicant, within the guidelines of chapter 19.51 of the city zoning ordinance).
