Notice is hereby given that the Community Development Director of Springville City will hold an Administrative Approval meeting on June 15, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at the Springville City Civic Center Community Development Department located at 110 South Main Street, Springville, Utah. The Director will consider the following: 1. Paul Creer seeking approval of the Creer Subdivision, which is a plat amendment combining Lots 97 and 98 of Cherrington Heights Subdivision, Plat E, located at 357 South 2080 East in the R1-10 Single-Family Residential Zone. 2. Jason Faller seeking site plan approval for Camera 40 Production Studios, Phase 2, located at 2294 West 700 South in the HC-Highway Commercial Zone. 3. Scott and Kirsten Hullinger seeking approval of the East Canyon Cove Subdivision, Plat E, which is a plat amendment adjusting the boundary between Lots 49 and 50 of the East Canyon Cove Subdivision, Plat D. PUBLIC COMMENT MAY BE ACCEPTED AT THE DISCRETION OF THE DIRECTOR The City will provide reasonable accommodations for anyone attending this meeting.
