CITY OF HOLLADAY ADMINISTRATIVE APPEAL HEARING MEETING AGENDA Wednesday, June 20nd 2018 10:00 AM Mt. Olympus Room - Holladay City Hall 4580 S. 2300 E. Administrative Hearing Officer - Judy Lever AGENDA ITEMS 1. Palmer Building Corridor Variance - 2106 E 6200 S Owners of property at 2106 E 6200 S, Holladay UT 84121 are requesting a variance from the Building Corridor regulations set forth in Section 13.14.071 in order to construct an addition on the south side of their home. Specifically, the building corridor is a three-dimensional regulation limiting the depth of a new residential construction at the maximum height allowed. The maximum height allowed outside the building corridor is limited to 20 feet tall. The applicant is requesting a 4 foot height variance for the southernmost 9 feet of their addition. 2. Adjourn On Friday, June 15, 2018 at 9:00 am a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay City Hall, Holladay, Utah. A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. A copy was also faxed or emailed to the Salt Lake County Council, Cottonwood Heights City and Murray City. The agenda was also posted at City Hall, Holladay Library, City internet website at www.cityofholladay.com and state noticing website at http://pmn.utah.gov.
