Description/Agenda: To be published on June 17, 2018, in the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on June 28, 2018, to receive public comment on a request by Bruce Baird representing Radnet Properties for a Text Amendment, known as the Novarad Healthcare Clinic and Imaging Text Amendment, for the purpose of amending Draper City Municipal Code Sections 9-11-110 to allow Medical or dental laboratory and Medical service as a Permitted use in the CI (Interchange Commercial) zone and Section 9-26-090 in order to amend the freeway frontage zone sign regulations.
