3.1. Public hearing and recommendation of Dan Ford's request for R-1-15 (residential) zoning on the Taylor Legal Holdings annexation, approximately 5.43-acres of property located at approximately 850 West 1250 South.
3.2. Public hearing and recommendation of Dan Ford's request for review of the Taylor Cove concept, an 11-lot residential development located at approximately 850 West 1250 South in a proposed R-1-15 (residential) zone.
3.3. Public hearing and recommendation of Kerry Parker's request for review of the Kerry Parker zone change on approximately 1.5-acres of property located at 205 North 1100 West changing the zoning from A-1 (agriculture) to R-1-22 (residential/agriculture).
3.4. Public hearing and consideration of Alpine School District's request for conditional use approval of the West Lehi Elementary School #113 site plan located at approximately 2450 North 3400 West in a Planned Community zone.
3.5. Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City's request for review of a zone change on 2.16-acres of property located at 247 South Millpond Road changing the zoning from Commercial to Heavy Commercial.
3.6. Public hearing and consideration of Aaron Dalley's request for conditional use approval of the Enso Rings site plan with an existing building located at 247 South Millpond Road in a proposed Heavy Commercial zone.
3.7. Consideration of Gardner Company's request for approval of the Lehi Station Office Building 2 site plan, a 9.12-acre professional office development located at approximately 3000 North Ashton Blvd in a Planned Community zone.
3.8. Public hearing and consideration of IHC Health Services request for conditional use approval of a pylon sign to be located at 3249 North 1250 West.
3.9. Public hearing and recommendation of Darrell Jakins request for review of the Moji Life zone change, approximately 2.72-acres of property located at 333 South Millpond Road changing the zoning from Commercial to Heavy Commercial.
3.10. Public hearing and consideration of Lorrin Hamilton's request for conditional use approval of the Hamilton Motors site plan, a 1-acre development located at 614 West Main Street in a Commercial zone.
3.11. Public hearing and recommendation of Edge Homes request for review of a General Plan Amendment on approximately 85.85-acres of property located generally at 3600 West 1500 North changing the land use designation from MDR (medium density residential) and HDR (high density residential) to MDR (medium density residential), HDR (high density residential) and LDR (low density residential).
3.12. Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City's request for review of an amendment to the Lehi City Development Code, Chapter 37, Residential Design Standards.
