Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Genola will hold a public meeting in the Public Safety Building located at 455 N. Main on Wednesday, June 13th, 2018. The Council meeting will commence at 7:00 p.m. This will be a public meeting where action may be taken on the agenda items. The agenda for the Council meeting will be as follows: Call to Order Opening Prayer Pledge of Allegiance Approval of Minutes: May 9th, 2018 Expenditures: $ 377,728.25 Anderson Law Center: $ 6,456.70 Atkinson Sound: $2,200.00 Bouncin Bins: $ 1,239.50 Condie Construction Co.: $ 337,866.14 Circle J Rodeo: $10,100.00 Highland Products Group: $ 3,082.00 Jay Mecham's Country Garbage: $ 1,201.30 John Cowan: $ 1,020.00 Mike Ogden: $ 500.00 Mountainland Supply Co.: $ 2,417.64 MVP Sports: $ 1,615.40 Keanan Raven: 700.00 Santaquin City: $ 9,329.57 Police Report Planning Commission Report Fire Chief Report Public Forum: Audience members may bring any item not on the agenda to the Mayor and Council's attention. Comments will be limited to a maximum of five (5) minutes at the discretion of the Mayor. State Law prohibits the Council from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda. Discussion Items: 1. Keaton Broderick to discuss an eagle project with Council to be approved. 2. Discussion and possible action on Resolution # 2018- 02 for the amended budget for the fiscal year 2018. 3. Discussion and possible action on Resolution # 2018-03 for the proposed budget for the fiscal year 2019. 4. Discussion and possible action on Ordinance #2018-04 a proposed zone change petition from A-1 Agricultural Zone to R-1 Residential Zone for property owned by Danny and Sharon Throckmorton located at approximately 209 E. Center Parcel's # 29.030.0105 and 29.030.0035. 5. Discussion and possible action on the approval of the certified tax rate. 6. Discussion and possible action Resolution # 2018-04 appointing the Appeal Authority. 7. Discussion and possible action on Resolution # 2018-05 allowing for two individuals to manage Public Treasurers Investment Fund (PTIF) accounts. 8. Discussion and possible action on the possibility of AT & T Cell Tower agreement.
