1. Review and approval of the minutes of the 2018-4-3 P&ZC meeting
2. Review and approval of the minutes of the 2018-4-10 P&ZC meeting and Public Hearing on establishing a Scipio Land Use Authority (SLUA) and a Scipio Appeal Authority (SAA)
3. Review and approval of the minutes of the 2018-4-17 P&ZC meeting and Public Hearing on the draft 2018 revision of the 2012 Scipio Town General Plan
4. Review and approval of the minutes of the 2018-5-15 P&ZC meeting and Public Hearing on the draft 2018 revision of the 2013 Scipio Town Zoning Ordinance
5. Review, discussion, and P&ZC vote to approve the DRAFT 2018-6-12 revision of the 2013 Scipio Town Zoning Ordinance. The DRAFT 2018-6-12 revision contains corrections, input (including deletion of items noted in the Public Hearing on May 15, 2018), and suggestions from P&ZC and other Town members.
