LONE PEAK PUBLIC SAFETY DISTRICT BOARD MEETING AGENDA Thursday, June 14, 2017 at 6:30 P.M. Highland City Council Room 5400 W Civic Center Dr., Highland, UT 84003 1. Invocation - Mike Geddes 2. Unscheduled Public Appearances - Time has been set aside for the public to express their ideas, concerns, and comments. (Please limit comments to three minutes per person. Please state your name and address.) 3. Approve necessary adjustments to the Police Budget for FY 2017-2018 - Chief Gwilliam a. Public Hearing b. Approve Changes for Police FY 2017-2018 Budget 4. Approve necessary adjustments to the Fire/EMS Budget for FY 2017-2018 - Chief Thompson a. Public Hearing b. Approve Changes for Fire/EMS FY 2017-2018 Budget 5. Resolution 2018-2 - Public Entity Resolution for Public Treasurer's Investment Fund (PTIF) Signatories. The Board will consider adopting a resolution authorizing three individuals one from Lone Peak and two from Highland City to make changes to the District's PTIF accounts - Laurie Adams 6. Authorize/Award contract with Gold Cross Services, RFP #2018-001 for ambulance billing service timeline - Chief Thompson 7. Authorize LPPSD to enter into a Contract for collection services that go beyond standard billing service timeline with Mountain Land Collections, Inc., RFP #2018-001 - Chief Thompson 8. Approve Multi-Jurisdictional Aid Agreement - Chief Thompson 9. Approve Memorandum of Understanding between National Park Service, Timpanogos Cave National Monument and Lone Peak PSD - Chief Thompson 10. Chief Updates & Discussion on Surplus of Equipment Policy - Chief Thompson will bring the Board up to date on items of interest and get direction on the surplus of equipment. 11. Approve Minutes - May 10, 2018 12.
