The meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Welcome / Pledge of allegiance. 2. Roll call. 3. Approve minutes from prior council meeting. 4. Public comments. 5. Discuss 24th of July Celebration. 6. Discuss surplus items. 7. Discuss Munk easement. 8. Discuss new garbage collection rates. 9. Discuss yearly training for council members. 10. Discuss Property Tax rates and budgets for 2019. 11. Discuss Public Entity Resolution. 12. Discuss current 2018 budget and 2019 budget. 13. Council Reports a. Paul Hansen b. Shawn Hansen c.
