The Pledge of allegiance is directed by Pat Brady. 1. Presentation to Pat Brady and Appointment and swearing in of a Mayor. Recess as Green River Community Development and Renewal Agency. Convene as Green River Community Development and Renewal Agency. 2. Public Hearing (combined) on (1) the draft Project Area Plan and draft Project Area Budget for the Green River Main Street Community Reinvestment Project Area and (2) the draft Project Area Plan and draft Project Area Budget for the Green River Industrial Park Community Reinvestment Project Area. The Agency will receive any written comments and hear all oral comments as to whether the Pans and Budgets should be adopted, revised, or rejected. All interested parties are invited to attend. A short informational presentation by Agency legal counsel will precede the public hearing. 3. Discuss/approve/deny Agency Resolution #CDRA-02-2018: A resolution approving the project area plan for the Green River Main Street Community Reinvestment Project Area. 4. Discuss/approve/deny Agency Resolution #CDRA-03-2018: A resolution approving the project area budget for the Green River Main Street Community Reinvestment Project Area. 5. Discuss/approve/deny Agency Resolution #CDRA-04-2018: A resolution approving the project area plan for the Green River Industrial Park Community Reinvestment Project Area. 6. Discuss/approve/deny Agency Resolution #CDRA-05-2018: A resolution approving the project area budget for the Green River Industrial Park Community Reinvestment Project Area. Adjourn as Green River Community Development and Renewal Agency. Reconvene as Green River City Council 7. Discuss/approve/deny Ordinance No. 2018-01: An ordinance approving and adopting the official project area plan for the Green River Main Street Community Reinvestment Project Area. 8. Discuss/approve/deny Ordinance No. 2018-02: An ordinance approving and adopting the official project area plan for the Green River Industrial Park Community Reinvestment Project Area. 9. Discuss/approve/deny appointment to the Planning Commission. 11. Presentation on proposed dog park. 12. Discuss/approve/deny contract with Johansen & Tuttle Engineering for $10,850 for design, surveys, testing, administration and inspection of a section of curb, gutter and sidewalk on Main Street between Broadway and Pearl Street. 13. Discuss/approve/deny bids for curb, gutter and sidewalk project. 14. Discuss/approve/deny authorizing Loni Meadows and Conae Black to make changes to PTIF accounts. 15. Discuss/approve/deny raising Code Enforcement Officer, Doug Moreno, hourly wage from $16.50 to $18.00. 16. Discuss/approve/deny proposals for a VOIP telephone system. 17. Discuss/approve/deny proposals for IT services. 18. Discuss/approve/deny proposals for city web site development. 19. Budget work session. 20. Department and employee reports. 21. Adjourn.
