- Hyde Park City Council Meeting 113 East Center Street June 13, 2018 7:00 p.m. Agenda City Council 7:00: Welcome Prayer or Thought Pledge of Allegiance Adoption of Agenda Approval of Minutes from May 23rd 7:10: Citizen Input 7:20: Public Hearing to consider Resolution 2018-06 - A Resolution adopting the final certified tax rate 7:25: Consider adopting Resolution 2018-06 - A Resolution adopting the final certified tax rate 7:30: Public Hearing to receive citizen input about the Hyde Park City 2019 Fiscal Year budget. 7:35: Consider Resolution 2018-07 - A Resolution adopting the Hyde Park City 2019 Fiscal Year Budget. 7:40: Discussion with a representative from Visionary Homes about Hyde Park City's zoning density and the connection on 200 west to 600 south. 7:50: Discussion about possible changes to the PUD ordinance to designate who is responsible for the maintenance of water lines in the PUD. (P&Z requested City Council's direction as to how the ordinance should be written). 8:00: Consider charges for 60 gallon and 90 gallon garbage cans. (Melinda) 8:10: City Celebration update
