- CLARKSTON TOWN LAND, USE & DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Land Use & Development Commission will hold a LUDMA Work Session and Meeting on the 11th day of June 2018 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call Work Session to Order (6:30 p.m.) - Scott Archibald(Sunrise Engineering) - Subdivision Training 2. Adjourn to Regular LUDMA Meeting (7:30) - No Minutes to be approved at this time. 3. New Business - Glade Poulsen - Subdivision - ~100 N 100 E 4. Other Business - Wayne Cooper - Discuss Impact Fees - Training - Councilmember Nichole Sparks - Training 5. Adjourn In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Town Clerk at least three days prior to the meeting.
