Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission will hold a public meeting in the Council Chambers of the Springville City Civic Center (110 South Main) on Tuesday, May 22, 2018. The Commissioners will meet for a briefing of the regular session agenda items at 7:00 p.m. This will be a public meeting; however, no testimony will be heard and no action will be taken on the agenda items. The regular session will follow immediately after the briefing meeting. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Appointment of Chair and Vice Chair 2. Call to order - Approval of the Agenda - Approval of Minutes: April 10, 2018 3. Action Item Consideration of a request to determine a change in circumstance or sufficient new evidence regarding a zone change request for multiple properties in the area of 600 South Main Street. PUBLIC COMMENT MAY BE ACCEPTED AT THE DISCRETION OF THE CHAIRMAN This meeting was noticed in compliance with Utah Code 52-4-202 on June 8, 2018.
