- NOTICE The Hildale/Colorado City Utility Board will meet for a Work Session on Tuesday, June 12, 2018, at 5:00 p.m. M.D.T. at 320 East Newel Avenue, Hildale, Utah 84784. AGENDA: 1. Call to Order 2. Prayer and Pledge of Allegiance 3. Work Session on Hildale/Colorado City IGA 4. Discussion on Roles and Responsibilites 5. Adjournment Pursuant to UCA § 52-4-202 and A.R.S. § 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Colorado City Town Council and Hildale City Council and to the general public that the members of the Hildale City Council and Colorado City Council may be attending this meeting.
