The American Fork City Council will meet in a regular session on Tuesday, June 12, 2018, in the American Fork City Hall, 31 North Church Street, commencing at 7:30 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows:
1. Pledge of Allegiance; prayer by Council Member Shelton; roll call.
2. Presentation of the HERO Award to Jeff Schoonover and adoption of a Resolution recognizing Jeff Schoonover as an American Fork HERO.
3. Twenty-minute public comment period - limited to two minutes per person.

COMMON CONSENT AGENDA

1. Approval of the May 15, 2018 work session minutes
2. Approval of the May 22, 2018 city council minutes
ACTION ITEMS
1. Ratification of city payments (May 15, 2018 to June 5, 2018) and approval of purchase requests over $25,000.
2. Review and action on an ordinance approving a zone map amendment from the R-4-7,500 Residential to the CC-1 Central Commercial zone, located at 34 West 100 North. (Requested by Adam Olsen, Planning)
3. Review and action on an Engineering Services Agreement Contract for the Placement of High Density Mineral Bond as part of the Pavement Rehabilitation Project (Requested by Scott Sensanbaugher, Public Works)
4. Review and action on a resolution adopting the 2018 Fireworks restrictions. (Requested by Aaron Brems, Fire)
5. Review and action on subdivisions, commercial projects, condominiums, and PUD's including 1) plat approval; 2) method of satisfaction of water rights requirements; 3) posting of an improvement bond or setting of a time frame for improvement installation; and 4) authorization to sign the final plat and acceptance of all dedications to the public and to have the plat recorded.
a. Review and action on the final plat for Walnut Court Plat B, consisting of two lots, located at 350 West 400 North in the R-2-7,500 Residential zone. (Requested by Adam Olsen, Planning)
6. Review and action on a resolution indicating the city's intent to adjust the common boundary with Highland City in the vicinity of 1500 North and 100 East. (Requested by Terilyn Lurker, Recorder)
7. Review and Action on a Dark Fiber Lease Agreement with Avative, LLC. (Requested by George Schade, Technology)
8. Review and action regarding an easement agreement with Rocky Mountain Power along 1120 North (Requested by Scott Sensanbaugher, Public Works)
