- Notice is hereby given that Millcreek will be conducting an appeals hearing on June 22, 2018 at 10:00 am at Millcreek City Hall: 1. Michael Carlston of C3 Investors, LLC appeals the Millcreek City decision of May 15th, 2018 rejecting C3's request to confirm recognition of a total of 4 units as a lawful use of this property rather than 2 units.
