Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 19, 2018, during their regularly scheduled meeting, beginning at 6pm, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, at 1979 W 1900 S, regarding the following matters: Amendment to Criddle Farms North Preliminary Plat - Request of D.R. Horton; located at approximately 900 S 4000 W Proposed Annexation by Tracy Teeples, consisting of 6.23 acres located at approximately 3000 W 2900 S Proposed Amendment to the General Plan A-1 to PRD - Request of Monterey Properties LLC for 14.33 acres located at 2955 S Bluff Rd Proposed Amendment to the General Plan R-1 to RPC - Request of C.W. Land for ~103 acres located at approx. 2500 W 3000 S All related documents are available for public review in the Community Development Department and the City website. All interested parties are welcome to attend and provide comments.
