Description/Agenda

February 7, 2018 The Planning commission met on Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at the public safety building located at 130 W. Main in Cleveland, Utah at 7:00 pm. Those present were Kit Anderson, Annie Anderson, Tracy Randall, and Pattie Hansen. Mayor Taylor was also in attendance. The meeting was opened with the pledge of allegiance. Item #1 Kallon Cowley variance request for shed at 15 S 400 W Kallon was in attendance and explained his plans for a shed. The commission looked over his frontage footage and explained the rules to Kallon. Kallon did not have the required frontage to build a shed. The commission cannot grant a variance only the town council can do that. Tracy made a motion to deny the variance request because it does not fit within the set criteria. The town council will now have to consider the variance. The motion was seconded by Annie. All were in favor. Item #2 Adjourn meeting A motion to adjourn the planning and zoning meeting was made by Annie and seconded by Pattie. All were in favor. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned. Shannon World, clerk
