- Public Hearing Notice Hooper City 5580 W. 4600 S. Hooper, UT 84315 Now let it be known that the Hooper City Council will be holding a public hearing on June 21, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. to amend the 2017 - 2018 budget and to approve the 2018 - 2019 budget.
