NOTICE AND AGENDA APPLE VALLEY TOWN COMMUNITY EVENTS Regular Meeting Public notice is given that the Community Events Committee of the Town of Apple Valley, Washington County, Utah will hold a regular meeting on the 12th Day of June 2018 at the Apple Valley Town Hall, 1777 N. Meadowlark Dr., Apple Valley, Utah, commencing at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Call to Order 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Consider Approval of Minutes: 4. Report on Ice Cream Social on May 19 5. Discussion and action on allowing volunteers to fill in at meetings 6. Discussion and action on Donation from Ed Finkenberg 7. Discussion and action on June 16 Ice Cream social and special guest 8. Discussion and Possible Action on July 4th Fire Department Bbq and Fireworks 9. Discussion and Possible Action on Summer Day Camps & Classes 10. Discussion and Possible Action on Ice Cream Socials, July 21, August 18 11. Discussion and Possible Action on Founders Day 12.
