- PUBLIC HEARING The Garland City Council will hold a public budget hearing on June 20, 2018 at 8:00 pm to discuss the proposed 2018-2019 City Budgets and to discuss amending the 2017-2018 City Budgets. The meeting will be held at Garland City Building, 72 North Main Street, Garland, Utah.
