- PUBLIC NOTICE Pursuant to the requirements of Utah Code Section 11-36a, this notice is hereby given that Santa Clara City intends to contract to amend, and then amend, the Master Traffic & Transportation Plan/ Impact Fee Facilities Plan, according to the requirements of the State of Utah.
