LARSEN MILLER BUILDINGS 1 and 2 DESIGN REVIEW (Administrative)

DISCUSS CHANGES TO THE SENIOR CITIZEN HOUSING PUD ORDINANCE (Legislative)
First, clarify the front setback. Currently it refers to the 'driveway' only. What about the home and/or porch? See HPC Code 12.150.060 section D.4.
Secondly, discuss changing the responsibility of water lines to the HOA. See HPC Code 12.150.060 section I.
CONTINUE DISCUSSING CHANGES TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND LUA/DRC ORDINANCES (Legislative)
Among other changes, specify which group approves each conditional use: DRC (was LUA) Development Review Committee, Planning Commission or City Council. Also reorganize the chart/table to be more user friendly. See HPC Code 12.40 and 12.50 and other references throughout the code.
