- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS Uintah City gives notice that on June 26th, 2018 during the regularly scheduled Planning Commission Meeting, which begins at 7:00 p.m. in the Uintah City Hall, 2191 E. 6550 S., Public Hearings will be held as follows: 1. DISCUSSION ON AMENDING TITLE 9, CHAPTER 9 OF THE UINTAH CITY CODE REGARDING C-1 ZONED PROPERTY USES. The Public Hearing will begin at 7:05 p.m., or as soon as possible thereafter. Copies of the proposed amendments are on file for public inspection at the City Office. Public participation is invited. All interested parties are encouraged to attend and express their opinion on the matter. For more information, contact the City Hall at 801-479-4130. In compliance with the American Disabilities Act, Individuals needing special accommodation during these hearing should notify City Hall at least three days prior to the hearings.
