Description/Agenda: TOWN of PORTAGE Planning and Zoning June 6, 2018 Agenda Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of Portage will hold its regular Planning and Zoning meeting on Wednesday June 6, 2018 at the Portage Town Hall located at 25880 N 9000 W Portage, Utah. This meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 pm. The Agenda shall be as follows: 7:00 PM Call to Order Opening Ceremony 1.Review and approve minutes from May 2, 2018 Planning and Zoning meeting. 2.Rebecca and Aaron Beus - Building permit request and approval- Home 3.Margaret Brown - Building permit request and approval-Porch 4.Lesli Hinz - Building permit request and approval - Home, porch and driveway. 5.General discussion about Master plan update - possible decisions about zoning map, mapping, text or pictures/graphs. 6.Master plan - Finish Final draft to present to Town Council.
