Notice is hereby given that the Development Review Committee (DRC) of Springville will consider the following items on THURSDAY, JUNE 7, 2018 in Conference Room #217 of the Springville City Civic Center, 110 South Main. The meeting will commence at 9:00 A.M. Members of the Springville City Development Review Committee will meet for a closed briefing of the agenda items at 8:30 A.M. in the Springville City Civic Center. The agenda for the Open Session meeting will be as follows: 1. 9:00 A.M. - Bryan Piggott seeking approval for an amendment to Lot 1 of the Canyon View-Plat A Subdivision located at 850 South 2080 East in the R1-15 Single-Family Residential Zone. 2. 9:20 A.M. - David Simpson seeking Concept approval for Sumsion West Subdivision located in the area of 1100 South 950 West in the R1-8 and R1-10 Single-Family Residential Zones. 3. 9:40 A.M. - Salisbury Development seeking site plan approval for Container Corner located at 517 South 1750 West in the RC-Regional Commercial Zone. SPECIFIC TIMES LISTED FOR EACH AGENDA ITEM ARE APPROXIMATE The City will provide reasonable accommodations for anyone attending this meeting.
