- The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3.Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meetings 6. Approval of accounts payable disbursements 7. Citizen input 8. Chief Jerald Leishman-Discuss 2018/2019 proposed fire restrictions of the areas West of 200 West and the area South of 900 South in Wellsville and allowing the citizens in the restricted areas to use the open area on the town square if they need a place to light fireworks before and after the holidays. 9. Ray Larsen-discuss options for the development of a soccer field either on the Bradshaw property or the East side of the Wellsville Dam. 10. Becky Benson-discuss the placement of headstones at the Wellsville Cemetery 11. Discuss and make a decision on whether to build the 700 South road project with the Wellsville City summer road crew or to contract the work out to an outside contractor 12. Discussion on Economic Development in Welsville 13. Discuss for no more than (1) hour the Wellsville City Land Use Regulations, Article VI entitled 'Administration' beginning at Chapter 10.59 (Legally Existing Non conformities) 14.
