PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, June 14, 2018 at 7:00 p.m., at the Pleasant Grove Recreation Center, 547 S Locust Ave, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at Approx. 175 S Proctor Lane (Sam White's Lane) Public Hearing to consider a request of Dan Vowles for approval of a proposed site plan for a new office building on property located at approximately 175 South Proctor Lane in The Grove Zone - Commercial Sales Subdistrict. Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at Approx. 175 S Proctor Lane (Sam White's Lane) Public Hearing to consider a request of Dan Vowles for a preliminary subdivision plat, with 1 lot and 1 parcel, called Karma Holdings Plat 'A' on property located at approximately 175 South Proctor Lane in The Grove Zone - Commercial Sales Subdistrict. Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit - Located at 1891 Glendon Circle (North Field Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Sally Johnson for a conditional use permit to allow a booking agency as a major home occupation on property located at 1891 Glendon Circle in the R1-20 (Single-family Residential) Zone. Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at Approx. 2793 N Canyon Rd (Manila Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider a request of Artisan Construction for an 11-lot preliminary subdivision plat called Hawkes Landing Plat 'A' on property located at approximately 2793 N Canyon Rd in the R-R (Rural Residential) Zone. Public Hearing: City Code Amendment - Chapter 14: The Grove Zoning District (The Grove Zone) Public Hearing to consider the request of Mckay Christensen to create an overlay zone that provides for flexibility in creating master-planned communities that incorporate commercial, office and mixed-use buildings as well as a variety housing types.
