NOTICE OF MEETING TO BE HELD IN THE PUBLIC OF TRENTON THE TRENTON TOWN COUNCIL Pursuant to Utah Code, Title 52, Chapter 4, notice is hereby given to members of the Trenton Town Council and to the general public that the Trenton Town Council will hold a meeting on Tuesday June 5, 2018 7:30 p.m., in the Trenton Town Hall at 17 East Main, Trenton, Utah. AGENDA 1. Meeting called to order Mayor Lynn Payne 2. Approval of Agenda 3. Approval of Minutes May 1, 2018 PUBLIC COMMENTS Comments will be taken from the public on items that are not on the agenda. There can be no action taken on these matters and they are limited to five (5) minutes 7:30 p.m.- Public Hearing to Open and Amend the 2017-2018 Fiscal Year Budget Public Hearing to consider the 2018-2019 Fiscal Year Budget 1. Resolution 18-06-01 - A Resolution Establishing the 2018-2019 Fiscal Year Budget for the Town of Trenton, Utah 2. Resolution 18-06-02 A Resolution Adopting the 2018-2019 Fiscal Year Certified Tax Rate, ending June 30, 2019, for Trenton Town, Utah. 3. Business License- Casey Archibald, Archibald Livestock Trucking, LLC 4. Business License- Melissa Archibald/ Rachel Linn- The Travel Linn Company, LLC 5. Discussion on job descriptions for town employees 6. Discussion on closing off all town roads to bike races/ events 7. Discussion on follow up on a nuisance violation by Alice Sparks 8. Resolution 18-06-03 Public Entity Resolution 9. Discussion regarding Surplus items 10. Non-working ERT's on the water system 11. Parks update 12. Water update 13. Planning & Zoning update 14. Roads update Councilmembers may update members on matters or bring issues to the attention of the Council. No action can be taken on these issues. NOTE: Times listed for each item on the agenda may be accelerated if time permits NOTE: The Town Council may vote to go into executive session pursuant to Utah Code 52-4-5.
