NOTICE OF PUBLIC BUDGET HEARING AND REGULAR MEETING ELMO TOWN COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE: is hereby given that the Elmo Town Council will meet in their regular public session on 6 June 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Elmo Town Hall, Elmo, Utah. The Agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Citizen Concerns 3. Motion to adjourn regular meeting and open Budget Hearing 4. Open floor for discussion 5. Motion to adjourn Budget Hearing and Resume Regular Meeting 6. Motion to accept 2019 budget and amend 2018 Budget 7. Town Employee Report 8. Animal Control Officer Report 9. Problems at the Cemetery 10. Horse & Buggy Days 11. Bid on Replacement on Town Hall Window 12. Town Beautification - followup 13. Complaint Received from Josh Fielder - follow up 14. CIB Meeting Discussion - Moving forward on Project- Fire - Kitchen addition. - followup 15. Town Truck - Registration - followup 16. Board Member Reports/Concerns 17. Review of Past Due Water Bills - 18. Delena's Items -Approval of Minutes and Bills, Review Monthly Financial Statements 19.
