WEST VALLEY CITY CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF ZONE CHANGE HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF a study meeting to be held in the Multi-Purpose Room on June 12, 2018, at 4:30 p.m. and a public hearing to be held in the Council Chambers on June 19, 2018, at 6:30 p.m. Both City Council meetings will be held at West Valley City Hall, 3600 Constitution Boulevard, to discuss: Application #GPZ-4-2018, filed by Paul Garbett To amend the General Plan of West Valley City by reclassifying the following described property from Low Density Residential (3 to 4 units per acre) to Medium Density Residential (7 to 12 units per acre) and a zone change from R-1-8 (Single Unit Dwelling Residential) to RM (Multiple Unit Dwelling Residential). The property is located at 5332 West Highbury Parkway on 12.85 acres. The public is invited to attend the public hearing and give written or oral comments. DATED this 5th day of June 2018.
