Main, on Wednesday, June 6, 2018. This meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Pledge of Allegiance & roll call 2. Approval of May 9, 2018, Council Meeting Minutes 3. Payment of payroll/reimbursements and bills 4. Petitions, Remonstrance and Communications 5. Report of Officers-Boards-Committees Phil Whatcott- Parks and Recreation Darren Fox - Electric 5th Amendment to IPA organization agreement Resolution 2018-3: Approval of Alternative Repowering Resolution 2018-4: Approval of the 5th Amendment to IPA organization agreement TWO Alternative Repowering Certificates - Mayor Masner will sign Brian Stephenson - Roads and Land fill Mike Turner - Water and CERT Mayor James W.
