- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Council will hold two public hearings on Thursday, June 14, 2018 as close to 6:00 pm as possible, in the Holladay City Council Chambers, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay, UT. The purpose of the hearing is to consider proposed amendments to Title 13, of the Holladay City Code, Land Use and Development Regulations The first hearing is to consider amendments to Section 13.80.40 & 13.80.140 regarding off street parking regulations for drive-thru uses. The second hearing is to consider amendments to Sections 13.040.040 & 13.100.010 clarifying mobile food/concessions operations for trucks, trailers & carts on city owned property. Information regarding this matter is available for public inspection and may be examined during regular business hours at the Holladay City offices, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay, Utah, 84117.
