CITY OF HOLLADAY PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA Tuesday, June 5th 2018 City Hall Council Chambers - 4580 S. 2300 E. PRE-MEETING ITEMS 5:30 PM FIELD TRIP - Please meet at City Hall at 5:30pm. (Residents are welcome to accompany Planning Commissioners and Staff, using your own vehicle(s) for transportation, as they visit sites on this agenda) 6:30 PM WORK SESSION - All agenda items may be discussed during a light dinner. No decisions will be made during this portion of the meeting. 7:00 PM CONVENE REGULAR MEETING - Public Welcome & Chair Opening Statement ACTION ITEMS 1. PUBLIC HEARING - Brasher Stream Exception - 4990 S Fairbrook Lane (R-1-21) Property owner, Mr. Jeff Brasher proposes construction of a detached garage within the Big Cottonwood stream bank protection area. As a permitted use, this proposal is required to be reviewed by the Planning Commission as an exception based upon site conditions and review of the City Engineer's assessment of waterway protection and bank stability, as per Holladay Ord. (13.76.400). PF#18-9-03 2. PUBLIC HEARING - Gatherum Twin-Home Subdivision - 5751-5761 S Highland Drive (R-2-8) Property owner Lamar Gatherum proposes to redevelop two properties; 5751 S and 5761 S Highland Drive by demolishing the existing homes to construct a twin-home residential structure at each address (total of 4 dwelling units) as per R-2-8 zoning regulations (13.72.070). Commission will be reviewing the applicants Conceptual and Preliminary plat level drawings for approval. PF#17-1-12 3. Approval of Minutes - April 3, 2018 DICSUSSION ITEMS 4. Envision Utah Quality Communities Academy Report - Commissioner Chris Layton 5. Upcoming Ordnance Amendments and Land Use applications; Non-Conforming Land Uses and Structures, Residential Grading Moratorium and Accessory Building standards. Locust Lane Townhomes preview, Grand Terraces Carport addition ADJOURN On Friday, June 1, 2018 at 11:30 am a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay Offices, Holladay, Utah. A copy of this notice was emailed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. The agenda was also posted at the Holladay Library, City internet website at www.cityofholladay.com and state noticing website at http://pmn.utah.gov.
