PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Vernon Town Council will hold a Public Hearing and its regular meeting on Tuesday, 5 June 2018 at 7:00 PM at the Vernon Fire Station, 325 S. Main Street, Vernon, Utah. The agenda shall be as follows: Public Hearing: Proposed 2018-2019 Town Budget and proposed tax rate Final Budget Amendments for 2017-2018 Proposed changes to the Compensation of the Statutory, Elected and Appointed officers and employees Regular Meeting 1. Approve the minutes of 1 May 2018 Town Council meeting. 2. Consideration for Approval: Proposed 2018-2019 Town Budget and certified tax rate Final Budget Amendments for 2017-2018 Proposed changes to the Compensation of the Statutory, Elected and Appointed officers and employees Resolution authorizing 2 representatives to act on behalf of Vernon to access and/or transact with PTIF accounts 3. Sheriff's Office 4. Update Town Council assignments 5. Unapproved recommendation for Chapter 12 of the Vernon Land Use Management and Development Code regarding Conex boxes. 6. Reports/Commissions/Committees: Bruce Thomas: Park and Recreation/Tables & Chairs rental 4th of July/theme/plans Vernon Elementary Committee Treasurer John Olson: Cemetery Animal Control Dennis Clark: Road/ Signs/Snow Removal Contract Telecommunications Ambulance Rodney Manzione: Fire Department/Training/Homeland Grants Planning Commission Veterans Memorial/Dedication Chuck Mannino: Emergency Management Vernon Waterworks SSD 7. Council of Governments 8. Approve payment of Town bills 9. Adjourn
