- SALT LAKE CITY PLANNING DIVISION APPEALS HEARING AGENDA Thursday, June 14, 2018 5:00 p.m. City & County Building 451 S State Street, Room 126 Salt Lake City, Utah 84111 A public hearing will be held on the following matter. Comments from the Appellant, City Staff and the public will be taken. 1. Appeal of Sign Enforcement at approximately 1383 E 2100 South - The appellant is questioning whether the enforcement of window signs is consistent: Enforcement of this site was done on a complaint basis, as is most enforcement. The appellant alleges that responding on a complaint basis is unconstitutional because it is inherently arbitrary. The Appeals Hearing Officer reserves the right to change the order of agenda items as deemed necessary. The files for the above items are available in the Planning Division Office Room 406 of the City and County Building. Please contact the Staff for information or visit the Planning Division website at www.slcgov.com/planning/planning-public-meetings for copies of the Appeals Hearing Officer meeting/hearing agendas, staff reports and decisions.
