Description/Agenda: Eagle Mountain City Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Eagle Mountain Planning Commission will conduct public hearings on June 12, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers located at 1650 E. Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah. The hearings are for the following: - Development Code amendments in Titles 16, & 17 including, but not limited to, retaining walls, preliminary plat, residential zone, residential bonus density, parks and open space, and commercial storage zone - Rezone, increasing the size of the RTI Overlay in the Jake Garn/Sweetwater Industrial Area The materials for the proposed items may be reviewed on the City website within three days of the meeting.
