Hooper, UT 84315 The Hooper City Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing on Thursday, June 14, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the City office for the following: 1. Public Hearing - Conditional Use Permit- Oversized Structure (Amended) - Robert Hicks at 5663 W. 4000 S. (2,592 sq. ft) 2. Public Hearing - Final Approval for fourteen (14) lot Westview Subdivision approx. 5800 W. 4200 S., 8.7 acres. 3. Public Hearing - Rezone - R1 to R2, Allan Karras, approx. 4600 S. 5500 W., 8.28 acres. 4. Public Hearing - Final Approval for Hafen/HigleyMeadows Phase Subdivision, Phase 1 (29 lots) at approx. 5325 S 4550 W.
