Description/Agenda: RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 14, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): - Michelle Rider is requesting a conditional use permit to operate a shave ice stand in the parking lot at 1784 West 12600 South. - Craig Hiller is requesting a conditional use permit to develop one lot with access by a private lane at 1637 West 13200 South. - Dallas Hakes is requesting a conditional use permit and commercial site plan approval for a car wash facility to be constructed at 2041 West 12600 South. Further information may be obtained from the Riverton City Planning Department by calling 801-208-3138.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): Riverton City Hall is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
