- Regular Council Meeting Call to order: Mayor Korry Soper Agenda Items: 1. Loren Thompson, Manti Telephone - 'WIFI Summer: Movies in the Park' 2. Net Metering Program Fee - Discussion and possible decision relative to adjustment of fee for user who started program prior to implementation of the fee. 3. Proposed Fence Ordinance - Discussion and consideration of adoption. 4. Continuing Business. 5. Councilmembers reports: Gary Chidester Darren Dyreng Jason Maylett Jason Vernon Mary Wintch 6. Mayor Korry Soper. 7. Public Comment - two minutes per each comment. 8. Consideration of minutes of the previous meeting. 9. Administrator Kent Barton. 10. Executive Session (if needed).
