NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Roy City Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings, on June 12, 2018, in the City Council Chambers of the Roy City Municipal Building located at 5051 South 1900 West, Roy, Utah: - 6:00 p.m. - Public Hearing to consider a request to amend the Zoning Map from RE-20 (Residential Estate) to R-1-7 (Single-Family Residential) for property located at approximately 4248 So. 2900 We. - 6:00 p.m. - Public Hearing to consider a request to amend Title 10 Zoning Regulations; chapter 17 - Table of Uses.
