PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Budget for July 1, 2018 - June 30, 2019 PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hanksville Town Council will hold a Public Hearing to receive comments regarding the 2019 Budget. The Public Hearing will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 7th, 2018 at the Hanksville Community Center. NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Hanksville Town Council Will hold its regularly scheduled Council Meeting on 7th Day of June, 2018 At the Hanksville Community Center, in conjunction with the public hearing. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Pledge of Allegiance 2. Prayer 3. Roll Call 4. Approval of Minutes from prior meeting 5. Public comments on 2019 Budget 6. Adoption of Budget for July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019 NOTE: A COPY OF THE BUDGET IS ON DISPLAY AT THE HANKSVILLE TOWN HALL COPY MAY BE VIEWED, BUT MAY NOT BE REMOVED FROM THE OFFICE. 7. Report of officers 8. New business: Public Entity Resolution from Office of the State Treasurer 9. Public Comment: 10. Optional Executive Session may be held pursuant to UCA 52-4-4
