- Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday June 13, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the Payson City Center in the City Council Chambers, 439 West Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input on a request for preliminary and final approval of Plat E of the Sterling Grove Subdivision arranged on Utah County Parcels 30:026:0133 and 66:611:0407 located east of 100 West between 500 North and 600 North. The subdivision consists of six (6) single-family dwelling lots in the R-2-7.5, Residential Zone.
