- PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing to be held during a regular meeting of the Mapleton City Planning Commission on THURSDAY, June 14, 2018, AT 6:30 P.M. AT THE MAPLETON COMMUNITY CENTER BUILDING, 125 West Community Center Way (400 N.), Mapleton, Utah to consider: 1. Consideration of a request to rezone .83 acres of property located at 830 North Main Street from Residential-Minor Agricultural (RA-2) to Neighborhood Commercial (NC-1) and an amendment of the Neighborhood Commercial (NC-1) zoning text to include 'Commercial Day Care Centers' as a permitted use. 2. Consideration of a request to rezone approximately 6.38 acres of property located at approximately 600 South Slant Road from Residential (R-2) to Residential (R-3) and the review of a concept plan that includes 78 townhome and condominium units. The Planning Commission's Agenda may include additional items not included in this Public Notice.
