- NEWTON TOWN NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Newton Town Council will hold a public hearing, Thursday June 21, 2018, in response to a petition of annexation proposing the annexation of 3.02 acres more or less of real property, located approximately 300 South between 300 West and 100 West, Newton, Utah, including parcels 13-030-0061,13-030-0062, 13-030-0063,13-030-064, 13-030-0057, and 13-030-0031. The hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m in the Newton Town Hall, 51 South Center, Newton, Utah. A copy of the complete description of the property may be reviewed at the Newton Town Office, Monday and Wednesday, 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. or at http://newtontown.org.
