Owner, Adam Dewaal with Think Architecture are returning to present the board design modifications as recommended from their February 8th meeting
3. Grand Terrace Condominiums - 2369 E. Murray Holladay Rd.
Applicant, Chris Ensign will present design details for carport structures proposed to be included in this previously approved project
4. Rick Service Retail Addition - 2304 E. Murray Holladay Rd.
Owner, Rick Service is returning to the board with a request to review revisions made in the field during construction to the approved building design

On Friday, May 25, 2018 at 9:30 am a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay Offices, Holladay, Utah. A copy of this notice was emailed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. The agenda was also posted at the Holladay Library, City internet website at www.cityofholladay.com and state noticing website at http://pmn.utah.gov.
