- PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that Scipio Town Council will be conducting a public hearing June 7, 2018 7:00 pm to Amend Budget of the Fiscal year 2017-2018 transferring funds from the General Fund to the Capital Project Improvement Fund in order to comply with State Law. Hearing shall be held at Scipio Town Hall Conference Room, 5 North State Street. PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Scipio Town Council will be conducting a public hearing June 7, 2018 at 7:30 pm to receive public input on the adoption of Purposed Budget for the fiscal year 2018-2019. Hearing shall be held at Scipio Town Hall Conference Room, 5 North State Street
